Extended opening outside official opening hours
For constructing or dismantling your stand outside the official working hours, please contact Supervisor Rune Noesgaard by phone +45 9926 9865. Please note that service functions will not necessarily be fully staffed.
Dismantling of stands
No dismantling of stands is allowed before 05.00 PM on Sunday. Assistants will have access to the fair from 04.00 PM and only by presentation of a valid work ID badge.
Entry from marked bays from 05.00 PM.
Compressed air, water, drain and power to the stands will be turned off ½ hour after the fair closes on the last day.
Entry and exit for vehicles
During construction and dismantling periods, loading and unloading of goods may take place during official opening hours (see above).
Friday and Saturday from 07.00 AM - 08.30 AM, and Sunday from 07.00 - 09.30 a deposit of DKK 500 will be charged upon arrival if you need to bring your car inside the exhibition area. The deposit will only be refunded if you leave the area within 90 minutes and no later than 08.30 am Friday and Saturday and 9.30 am on Sunday.
All entry to the exhibition area must go through the following gates:
Halls J and K: Through Gate 3 (Access from Vardevej)
Other halls: Through Gate 8 (Access behind Jyske Bank Boxen and Stadium).
A valid exhibitor badge or work ID badge must be produced to enter the area.

Restaurants
Exhibitor restaurant:
The exhibitor restaurant is for exhibitors only and is located in hall F. During the fair the opening hours are 11.30 am- 03.30 pm Friday to Sunday. The menu is a self-service buffet at the price of DKK 160.
Payment can be made with cash, credit cards and meal vouchers. You can order meal vouchers prior to the fair by contacting: restauranten@mch.dk. The vouchers will be send to you by post and will be invoiced after the fair together with other purchases made during the fair.
Unused meal vouchers can be returned either to the exhibition office or to the below address within 8 days after the conclusion of the fair.
