Customised stands

Turnkey solution
If all you need is a plain stand with all necessary furniture included, one of our turn-key stands might be just what you need. We offer a basic shell scheme construction as well as a more exclusive modular construction. A turn-key stand is a package solution and will be ready for you once you arrive to MCH.

Stand rental includes the following:
- Requisite wall panels separating your stand from your neighbor(s) and sign fascia towards open sides. Both items are white. If you wish a different colour, this can be delivered at an additional charge.
- Daily cleaning, which includes dusting of furniture, emptying of bins and washing or vacuuming of floor area.
NB: Cleaning does not include exhibits and storage.
The stand will be constructed as shown on the submitted stand sketch. If you want the fascia to be mounted, please indicate this on the sketch.
Nails, screws and the like must NOT be used to attach objects to the fascia. The fascia must not be painted, wallpapered or have fabric, paper or similar attached to it. Any damages will be repaired at the exhibitor’s expense.
There will be no construction on stands with four open side. This can, however, be delivered at an additional charge.
MCH Messecenter Herning will provide a stand number.
Waste management
During the construction period, flammable material up to a maximum of 1 metre in length can be disposed in the waste containers provided. During the fair, the containers will be located outside each hall.
Non-flammable material must be disposed in the special container behind Hall M.
Subject to prior agreement with Technical Service Center(phone +45 9926 9990), larger quantities of waste material can be collected from the stand at the exhibitor’s own expense.
Large exhibition objects
In order to facilitate smooth preparations for the fair it is very important that large exhibition objects have arrived and are in place on the stand as soon as possible. Therefore please notify Rune Noesgaard by phone +45 9926 9865 or email rno@mch.dk, if you plan to exhibit large objects which require the use of a truck or other transport equipment to be placed on your stand. Deadline for notification is 11 February 2025.
You only have to contact MCH, if the object is more than 3 metres in height and width.
